Answering some of the most asked questions about buying a digital download from the RSE Store.

 

 

Q: What quality and format are the files?
A: All music purchased from the RSE Store are high quality MP3s encoded at a constant bitrate of 320kbps.

Q: Do you offer lossless (WAV, FLAC, etc.) quality downloads?
A: Not at this time, but it is an option being considered for the future.

Q: Once I check out, how long do I have to wait before I can download the music I just purchased?
A: Once payment is made, you should have immediate access to a download link. A link will also be sent to the email that you provided at check out. If you have any issues downloading your purchased music, please send an email to: orders@rhoqsolident.com for support.

Q: Can I still buy music from Rhoq Solid Entertainment on iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, CD Baby, etc.?
A: Yes! All current and future releases will continue to be available to buy and stream at all of the major digital music stores (and streaming services such as Spotify). The RSE Store is just a way to buy our music directly from us!

Q: Can I download just a single track from an album or maxi-single?
A: Currently the download options are limited to purchasing the full release of albums and maxi-singles. Single track downloads are being considered for the near future.
