RSE Update – May 7, 2017

Going into yesterdays recording session, I was sure that “Lost” would be Audi Medina‘s debut Freestyle single. If you’ve heard the demo, you know it’s a nice blend of newer vocal stylings with old school Freestyle. Now that it’s over, I’m not so sure anymore.

Audi absolutely killed it yesterday with a second song titled “Red Stripes”. This is a club track that has tons of crossover potential. Fans of Freestyle (at least New School Freestyle), EDM and R&B should all find something to like about this one. It’s hot and I can’t wait for everyone to hear it.

Special thanks to Rob Federici at The Polygon for recording the vocals and working his wizardry. He’s a master of his craft and always a pleasure to work with.

It’s mixing time. New music coming soon! 🙂

RSE Update – May 2, 2017

Hi Everyone,

I know it’s been a long time since the last update. I just wanted to share a bit of news for those who have been patiently waiting on new music from RSE. If you follow us on SoundCloud, you may have heard a sample of a demo that I had posted a few months ago for a new song called “Lost” by Audi Medina.

Audi is a brand-new artist, making her Freestyle debut! The vocals will be rerecorded soon and the song should be released just in time for the Summer. I’m really excited about this one and I hope you are, too!

Thank you for all of your support.

RSE Update – February 26, 2016

Lots of exciting things are happening!

If you haven’t bought your copy of the NEW SCHOOL ROYALY 4.0: ROYAL COURT CD (2016, NSR Music Group), please head on over to Facebook or Twitter and send a message to Angel Mena. There are only a limited number of CDs left before it sells out and you don’t want to miss out! I want to thank Angel Mena for the opportunity and honor to be a part of this project. The support from fans and DJs for NSR 4 has been incredible!

The maxi-single for the 2016 RSE Remix of “Lost Cause” by Latino Rosario will be available at all major digital music stores on March 4, 2016. But… it is available to purchase RIGHT NOW, exclusively from the RSE store!

Speaking of the RSE Store, I just added a FAQ to answer any technical questions you might have.

Also be on the lookout for the new single “The Great Deceiver” by Carlos Escalante – coming soon from 729 Recordings/LionMade Entertainment. I just did a remix for the upcoming single and early response from DJs has been positive. 🙂

Thank you!!!

Until next time…

RSE Update – September 4, 2015

It’s hard to believe that it’s September already. This year went by so fast and has been a period of change at RSE as I try to get out of “comfort zone” and expand creatively.

I did my first long-distance collaboration with the release of “It’s Not Right” by KennyFreestyle, my first official remix on the N.S.R. Music Group maxi single for “Break Away” by Angel Mena and another remix on Angel’s newly released single, “Do You Really Love Me?” (a collaborative mix between Angel Mena and myself – The “NSRSE Mix”).

While I may not have released as much new music I had hoped to this year, there are some big announcements coming as we head into the last few months of 2015, including new music from Latino Rosario and hopefully a surprise or two.

Until next time!

RSE Update – August 16, 2015

It’s been about 6 months since the last time we got together, but Latino Rosario will be here later this morning to record something new!

I am also excited about the remix I did for Angel Mena‘s upcoming new single “Do You Really Love Me?”. The remix ended up being a collaboration between Angel and myself (we’re calling it the NSRSE Mix) and I can’t wait for everyone to hear it! Look for the single coming very soon from NSR Music Group.

I wish I could say there is more, but right now I am enjoying taking things slow!

Until next time…

RSE Update – May 27, 2015

Just a quick update. I believe I have fixed all of the broken images and links. The site should now be operating exactly as it did on the old server using the rhoqsolident.com url.

RSE Update – May 26, 2015

Hi Everyone,

I apologize for the extended downtime. As you can see from the URL, the RSE website is currently running as a sub-domain. About 2 months I ago, I migrated the entire NHB network of sites over to a new webhost and at that time decided to operate RSE as a subdomain of our parent site. This created issues with the WordPress database restore. It gave me a headache so I just stopped trying for a few weeks. LOL.

Thanks for your patience. There are many broken images/links that I will fix over the next week or two. Other than that WE’RE BACK!

Site Downtime Expected

The RSE website is expected to be offline for an unknown period of time while all of the “NHB Network” websites are moved to a new webhost.

I will begin transferring the files for all of our sites (nhbfreestyle.com, fernandobenitez.com, rhoqsolident.com and totalkaosrecords.com) to our new server around 12 noon tomorrow (April 2, 2015).

Once this begins, I expect all of the sites to become unavailable for at least a few hours while the new DNS information is propagated across the web.

See you on the other side.
